Ideally we start our time together with that warm romantic glow of golden hour and we end it with that magical velvety dusk light of blue hour. The first step towards having the wedding photos of your dreams is setting up a free one-on-one over-the-phone consultation with me! I sincerely believe you should not pick something as important as your wedding photographer without ever having actually spoken to them. Image sending emails back and forth for months just to find out on the day of your wedding that the two of you don't click? That would be a nightmare. As your photographer, I will be a part of every moment on your wedding day. You want to make sure my vibe fits your energy. I also believe from experience it's challenging to figure out if you need a 4-hour, 8-hour or 11-hour package. After all, you likely haven't done this before but, don't worry I have! After shooting over a hundred weddings and from being a 2021 bride I have a good idea of how to build the perfect wedding day timeline. Plus this call will be fun. I'll get an idea for your wedding day vision and how I can help bring that to life and then we will finish the call with a template I created called “Questions I should ask my wedding photographer.” Wouldn't it be nice to know what you should be asking so you can be confident in your decision? I'm going to ensure whether you hire me or someone else you know that you found the perfect person to be a part of your day. After our call, I'll email you a quote booklet and then it's up to you to decide if my photography style makes your heart happy.

Engagement Session
Once we have created the perfect package for your unique day it's time to create a contract. Once the contract is signed we get to jump on a call to go over your Briar Rose Photography welcome package. This package is filled with amazing tips and tricks you won't want to miss. Now we get to start planning your engagement session! This is when the real fun starts! Showing up on the day of your engagement session makes the entire thing feel real! It's normal to have that "pinch me" feeling. Leading up to the wedding we will have several points of contact. It's important to me that my clients know I am truly invested not only in the well-being of the photos but the entire wedding day. Communication is a key aspect in ensuring we have a flawless plan leading up to and during the wedding day. It's natural if I start to feel more like your best friend or even wedding planner by the time we get to the big day!
3. after the wedding
What happens after the wedding!? This is easily the hardest part of the process because now you have to wait for me to edit ALL of the pictures with my personal warm and romantic style. However, I can promise it's going to be worth the wait! Once the images are done and your gallery is live the two of you will have the opportunity to gush over your perfect day all over again. That's the best part! At this time you will have access to my incredible print company giving you the power to bring the images to life in your home and happily share them with family and friends. This day will go down in history as the best day of your life and these photos will make sure you never forget a moment.
